Customer Base — Our customers come from various regions around the world, ranging from importers, distributors, to high street fashion stores, discount/budget cataloguers & chain store operators.

Co-ordination — As our customers come from various countries and all our activities are carried out in China. Co-ordination is the key factor to our success. This is done through our HeadOffice in Nanjing, which are situated in the heart of the most important accessory factory areas around, especially we also have strong business partner ship with a professional manufacturer which located at TaiZhou (where takes two hours by car from Nanjing to TaiZhou) of JiangSu province with more than 2500 employers and annual output of caps reached 6 million dozens.

This gives our customers the assurance that the progress of their orders can be monitored constantly at every step.

Customer Needs — Customer satisfaction is another important factor that we always strive to achieve. We have on-the-ground staff in the factory who follow up on all customer orders and samples. Our quality control team in the factory checks the quality of all goods we manufacture at every stage until shipment has been made to the customer. We take great care to ensure that all orders meet the strict requirements of our customers.
